30-day returns

If a product doesn't meet the stated specification, or you're not satisfied, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.

Condition

Items should be returned unused and in resalable condition, in their original packaging where possible.

How to start a return

Email us with your order number and the reason for return, and we'll provide return instructions. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected, typically within 5–10 business days.

Return shipping

For items that don't meet the stated specification, we cover return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
